You will need to use your medical Insurance to get medical services here if needed The quality of medical care in China is uneven Competent, trained
doctors and nurses are available in major metropolitan centres

Doctors and hospitals expect immediate cash Some hospitals in the cities have special sections for foreigners and English is spoken there There are a
number of medical centres which cater to foreigners

You should always carry a card with your name, blood group and other details in Chinese, with a note stating which hospital you should be taken to
in the event of an accident
