Riding Holiday In England UK

There are lots of horse riding centers and stables in some of the most breathtaking surrounds in England where you can take a riding holiday. And it is quite natural that your riding will improve in peaceful and tranquil settings, like for example, the heart of the Cheshire countryside and Chester, where you can hone your skills by holidaying in farmhouses. You would end up getting the best facilities and also benefit from introductory lessons from pros and experts.

Great horse riding packages

Riding holiday arrangements have lots of extra things like meeting other riders, good horsemanship and adventure packed together. You can check out several tourist agencies that specialize in horse riding holiday packages and compare the rates on the internet.

You not only enjoy some great horse rides, but also take in the stunning landscapes before retiring to your luxurious accommodation. Many accommodations are also very affordable and offer B&B facilities as well.

The normal procedure of a riding holiday is to head for the stables right after breakfast early morning. You would undertake an introductory lesson and every moment your riding capability will be assessed by experts before a suitable horse is assigned to you.

As you get a horse suitable for your riding experience and height, you can slowly discover many hidden talents that you may have had about riding. For lunch, there is always a countryside pub where you can tuck in.

Take in the English countryside

A light meal is suggested for riders as they have to get back on the horse soon after. It is a normal procedure that falls under training while you take a riding holiday. You can take the horse around and check out the bridleways and the sleepy country lanes as you wind your way through.

The entire holiday would make you feel like royalty and you can end your riding lessons with a sumptuous dinner where there would be a range of spreads in keeping with the mood of the English countryside.

There are many pretty villages in the country that can transport you back in time while you learn the ropes as well as the secrets of riding like a pro. If you are an experienced rider, you can go for trail rides.

And there are so many lovely picnic spots and farmhouses in the Lake District which can enable you to go for day rides on open fell land and into the valleys. Grassy tracks and wide open fields will provide you an opportunity to go for a canter or a gallop.
